Crowning Alternatives is a mobile wig service serving most of Maryland.  We became a mobile service to better serve the individual needs of our clients.  We will come to your home or to the hospital at a time that is convenient for you.  We believe this  provides a more comfortable and relaxed environment for our clients.  The idea to become a mobile wig service came to being over a decade ago.  I was then a hairstylist and a dear client asked me to help her with selecting a wig when she was diagnosed with cancer.  I was honored that she chose me and I knew then that this was what I wanted to do with my career.  At the time I was a single Mom with a young son, but I registered the name Crowning Alternatives and continued to dream of the day when I was able to open for business.  I am now married with 2 more children and a wonderful supportive husband , so I decided there was no time like the present. This is how I got into the wig business.  I have since met so many strong and courageous women, as well as children fighting and beating this awful disease.
